    Abstract
As an important device of liquid rocket pressurized feed system, pilot safety valve operates to protect the tank at the pressure exceeding the allowable scope. Many vibration and shrill troubles have occured in the character experiment. It brings some hidden safety trouble to the rocket launch. By setting up dynamic model in commercial soft AMESim, the characters of the pilot safety valve are calculated. The comparison between the simulation results and the experimental data shows good agreement. The effect of the key parameters is analyzed, such as the rigidity and available area of the mainly/assistant diaphragm. Pneumatic damping is used to resolve the vibration trouble, the dynamic characters optimization simulation gets suitable values of the pneumatic damping and friction damping. This method has been used to other valves, and will be applied to the whole propulsion system simulation in subsequence works.
