- Abstract
This paper reviews the development of space assets for on-orbit servicing of advanced spacecraft. Design philosophy for the key elements of the on-orbit servicing architecture is identified. In-depth analyses of operational requirements and performances of servicing spacecraft as well as mission satellites are completed. The conceptual design of the on-orbit servicing architecture, its development planning and near-term economic benefits are defined.
