    Abstract
Global warming on the Earth leads to the heavy consequences demanding immediate intervention. Usually processes of warming are analyzing with the help of the climate simulation limiting a choice of ways of management by a greenhouse effect. Therefore offers of scientists have fantastic character at times. The theoretical models give more extended opportunities of definition of ways of cooling of the Earth. The purpose of the report is the solution of a task about stability of an atmosphere of the Earth to influence of greenhouse gases. The mechanism explaining instability of an atmosphere is delay of process of condensation of water vapour relative to time of their evaporation. A solar radiation, an emission of carbonic gas and energy due to production activity of the mankind, change of an inclination of an axis of the Earth, turbulent heat transfer from a surface, heat supply from a nucleus of the Earth were examined as disturbances. The methods of the theory of automatic control were used in research. The borders of stability constructed by a method D-division in a plane of parameters: a time of delay – a growth of temperature of the Earth depending on emission of greenhouse gases – a constant of speed of a branching of a chain from water vapour on perturbation of carbonic gas, - allow to estimate a degree of removal of process of warming from border of stability and a direction of change of some parameters translating a condition of an atmosphere in area of stability.
The greatest efficiency of cooling of the Earth with the help of screen for of a part of the Earth from a sunlight was shown by application of transfer functions between change of temperature of an atmosphere and the specified disturbances. The variant of siting of the space screens in some orbit made from easy (less than 1 tonne/ km 2) "solar sails", developed for creation of force of thrust in Space now is analyzed. The variant of the screen, capable to reduce quantity of a solar energy on magnitude which corresponds to increase in thermal loading at biosphere owing to an annual increase in population in 78 million person has diameter of 16km and mass 212t. The use of the electric engine is possible for compensation of thrust due to solar pressure. Cost of a launching to an orbit of the considered variant of the screen makes about 3 billion dollars. The mode allows to divide screens on a part for their independent launching by the countries which give the greatest contribution to an increase of population. Advantage of suggested system with a screen for the Earth is also the opportunity of its removal from operation at any time without consequences for the Earth. This is impossible to tell about other means of intervention in biosphere of the Earth which can cause the greater harm, rather than expected benefit owing to the its noncontrollability.

CONCLUSIONS: The model of stability of an atmosphere to influence of greenhouse gases is offered. Ways of use of space systems for cooling the Earth are determined. It is shown, that increase in time of delay of condensation water vapour and constants of speed of a branching of a chain exercises stabilizing action. Space monitoring and purposeful action on atmosphere precipitations allows to influence process of warming. The acceptable variant in mass and in cost of the space screen of a material of the solar sails is considered. It allow to carry out such space system for compensation thermal loading due to an increase in population already now.
