    Abstract
    The convergence of Nanotechnology, Biotechnology, Information technology and new technologies base on Cognitive Science can greatly improve our life over ten to twenty years. Improvement of human performance by this technology convergence is very huge and it promise to change human capabilities basically. Convergence of diverse technologies will be based on material unity at nanoscale and on technology integration from this scale. The building blocks of these technologies in nanoscale are unity (Atoms and Molecules) which are described by same theory in science and bulk properties of materials such as chemical, mechanical, electrical and physical properties are governed by their structure in nanoscale. 
    Development of our understanding about mechanism of brain and human cognition in synergy of emerging capabilities in development of new computer base on quantum computation greatly increase our capabilities in data processing and computation which results new processors for long term and complicated space exploration missions. Nanotechnology will improve human-machine interface capabilities which cause to better guidance of space missions, in addition in next space missions we need to spacecrafts and tools which can integrated together efficiently and have self-healing and self-repairing which all of these capabilities will be possible by application of nanotechnology based on bio-mimetic.  Long term human and astronaut presence in harsh environment of space needs special biological capabilities and goods such as functional foods, new medicine drag and tools which new solutions based on biotechnology and nanotechnology can provide these needs. 
    Next generations of spacecraft, space tools and devices will be base on the new capabilities which will be available by these technologies and cause to long and safe human presence in space. This new space civilization will be excellence level of intelligence and processing capability, integrated sensing and announcement system, self-repairing capability, higher safety and reliability, much closed interface by human brain and completely environment compatibility. All of these specifications and capabilities will be possible because the control and manipulation of material in nanoscale which be capable us to integrate the different properties in one device or material. Convergence of NBIC technologies leads to a technology which will be capable us to base new space civilization. 
    Here, in this paper, will be study convergence of NBIC and capabilities of their resultant technology and its impacts on future space civilization, technology and missions.
