    Abstract
    In order to control the quantity of space debris and ameliorate the deterioration of the space environment trends, rational use and protection of limited space resources. China Aerospace Science and Technology Group have established standards for space debris mitigation and developed a series of corresponding mitigation simulation software. However, how to implement the mitigation standards and utilize software are the current constraints of space debris mitigation technology development bottleneck. 
        This article describes the integration system of space debris mitigation design and implementation. The system integrates the space debris mitigation management standards, technical manuals; design guides, and have learning, reasoning and decision-making ability. At the same time, the space debris mitigation system also serves as an integrated platform for existing mitigation design software. 
         The papers focus on system architecture, interface design and workflow design. After the analysis into the idea of the service-oriented systems, this paper tries to integrate service-oriented thinking with mitigation design to propose a service-oriented software platform to solve the limitations that exist in actual mitigation software tools, such as costliness, heterogeneity, lack of expansibility, single function, and so on; the system provides documentation download and upload channel implementation summary of mitigation management standards and mitigation technical standards; set up full-text search, implementation mitigation design knowledge extraction and mining. Space debris mitigation design integration system is composed of five sections: Knowledge Base、knowledge acquisition、human-computer interaction interface、mitigation software applications、full-text search. The five sections organic combination through automated workflow to implementation the design of space debris mitigation.
         Space debris mitigation system can guide adopt space debris mitigation measures with in the design, launch, operation and post-mission disposal phase, therefore the space debris will be decreased to minimum.
