    Abstract
    Starting with an international cooperation with National Space Organisation of Taiwan, in 2004, for distribution of their Formosat-2 data, soon followed by an agreement with Korea Aerospace Research Institute for Kompsat-2, Spot Image has developed a policy of one stop shop, to the benefit of three parties:
    \begin{itemize}\item the end users have an easy access to the whole range of data, with a coordinated plan of tasking, for faster acquisition\end{itemize}
    \begin{itemize}\item the satellite owner has his satellite data made available to a wide range of users, through the well established distribution network of Spot Image all over the world\end{itemize}
    \begin{itemize}\item Spot Image portfolio is enriched, giving the opportunity to serve the customers better, hence to develop its activity\end{itemize}
    This paper addresses the successes gained by all parties in this cooperative approach.
