    Abstract
China Manned Space Engineering (CMSE) began in 1992. Since then, General Establishment of Space Science and Application, Chinese Academy of Sciences (GESSA, CAS) has taken the responsibility of project planning, system integrating and coordinating inside and outside the Utility System of the Engineering. Since 1999, seven Shenzhou spaceships have been successfully launched, and six astronauts have been sent to the orbit. At same time, a wide range of utilization missions covering earth observation, life science, microgravity science, astronomy and space environment have been carried out, which improves situation of relative small scaled and dispersed space experiments and exploration activities in those areas in China. The experiments and explorations, and their results on Shenzhou series spaceships are described in this paper. The consideration of the utilizations on next step of China Manned Space Engineering is also introduced.
