    Abstract
    the first korean astronaut Ms. So-Yeon Yi has acomplished her space flight in april 2008 using russian soyuz launch vehicle and staying in the iss for one week.
    this project is the typical manned space program for developing countries which have not their own launch vehicle and they are not a world major power of space development.
    therefore there are many lessons from the project to avoid many trial and errors of following countries which are planning the manned space program including astronaut's space flight and space experiments.
    Above all most important factor is the drawing supports from nation's people and government. for these purposes it is importnat to have a considerate planning and effective advertisement using internet and tv broadcasting especially during the astronaut selection procedure. the advertisement is also very useful for sponsoring the space program.
    the micro gravity space experiment is a new frontier of space utilization comparing to earth ovservation and communication using satellites. the inside environment of the iss is not harsh comparing to outside space but there are very strict safety regulations for design and manufacturing experiment hardwares. it is rather adequate area for involvement of small scale domestic industries.
    all these points are very different from conventional satellite development program. therefore kari wishes to share our experiences to other countries.
