    Abstract
Presented will be the day-to-day experience of recruiting right across the European space sector from the perspective of one of Europe’s leading space HR companies. What skills are in demand? What skills are difficult to find? Where are the cross-border recruits coming from? How well do applicants match the requirements? The focus of the presentation covers not only technical considerations but also the personality requirements for the space workforce of the future.
