The spread between two nations has shown to be as far as 75 percent vs. 12 percent, which of course partly derives from patent strategies, but also from the methodology of the Innovation System. The higher the level of entrepreneurial activities and the earlier the involvement from commercial specialists, the higher the outcome of R&D to actually repetitively commercialized products and services.} \begin{itemize}\item \end{itemize} This paper will review and describe how current Innovation and Corporate Venturing experiences can be transformed into a strategic and tactical agenda and achieve systematically commercialization in technology transfer programs. The paper will encompass certain Innovation trends that clearly affect the outcome in terms of return on investment as well as exemplify methods put into effect in current systems.
