    Abstract
Entrepreneurship requires two main ingredients; bold ideas and money. Young people have one of these, but often do not have both. It takes many years for young people to have the money to start their own business by which time their ideas are no longer new or bold. This paper proposes an apprenticeship type program wherein a young person is brought quickly to a high level in an organization where s/he can propose new ideas while learning how to find investors and capitol to make those ideas happen. This will allow young people to create small start-up aerospace companies to pursue new methods in all areas of space exploration. A young person benefits from this system as they will be able to learn firsthand and make important contacts while an established organization will benefit from the relationship with the young entrepreneur by being able to utilize their ideas and create future partnerships.
