    Abstract
The analysis and effectiveness evaluation of the Russian “Long-Term Program of Scientific and Applied Experiments on the ISS RS“ have been done on the basis of adopted indicators and statistics accumulated for the entire period of manned flight of ISS. The planned and actual implementation of experiments, results of comparison of the Russian and foreign programs, as well as resources and capacities of the ISS for experimental research are presented.
