This R\&D represents “Advanced Multidimensional Multitemporal Strategy” for “Global and Cosmical Protecting the Environment of Celestial Bodies” on the Brain New Principal 6D-6nD Space-Time (S-T) SDI Paradigms. There are some extremely important “Questions of all Strategical Questions” for Global, Trans-Planetary, Sun System \& Galaxy Security. Conventional \& NonConventional Global security is “Only Formal” (Science Fiction) but not “Nature Conformal” (Science Reality) and Riemannian geometry representative for all Sun \& Galaxy Systems!... The Contemporary Earth Civilization has not 6D-6nD Security \& Protection Strategy, nevertheless that Poincare 6D Transference Stabilization Systems and 6D Kolmogorov’ Turbulence Theory and Applications haven’t alternative!... The 6nD Control \& Tomography Systems haven’t alternative for R\&D of Phase Station of all Earth, Moon, Sun \& Galaxy Fluids and Dissipative Synergetic Systems!... Why “The Advanced Multidimensional Multitemporal Strategy” is absolutely need for “Global\&Cosmical Protecting the Environment of Celestial Bodies” by Future Challenges?!... The following extremely important “Four SDI (Strategic Defense Initiative) Paradigms” by “The Brain New Strategy” are Absolutely Need Know-How for Future Innovative Global and Cosmical Protecting the Environment of Celestial Bodies – Earth, Moon, Sun System, Galaxy Milky Way: 1. The Global Strategic Defense Initiative (G-SDI) on the Advanced Multidimensional Multitemporal Strategy for Cosmical Protecting of the Earth Environment. 2. The Tree-Lateral Earth-Moon-Sun Strategic Defense Initiative (EMS-SDI) on the Advanced Multidimensional Multitemporal Strategy for Cosmical Protecting of the Earth-Moon-Sun Environment. 3. The Sun System Strategic Defense Initiative (SS-SDI) on the Advanced Multidimensional Multitemporal Strategy for Cosmical Protecting of the all Sun System Environment. 4. GENERAL CONCLUSION: The Project Proposal of Advanced Multidimensional Multitemporal Strategy is absolutely need and without Alternative Space Security Strategy for “Protecting of The Sun System”! Especially – for protecting Earth environment Systems. The Modus Vivendi is Advanced Multidimensional Multitemporal Remote Sensing of Hyper Waves \& HyperSpectrums of Strategic Trilateral Streamline {H-OH-H2O} Continuum in Sun Systems and in Our Galaxy.
