    Abstract
The topics of exploration, extraction and utilisation of the Moon’s resources are areas of intense interest in the research community. So far, little attention has been given to exploring specifics of the corresponding economic opportunities that exist in the commercial utilisation of those resources. This research is focused on a plan for the commercial development of lunar resources through the use of miniaturised rovers.

This paper first investigates the most promising volatiles and minerals that are known to exist on the Moon. Next, ispace technologies' current rover technology and future plans are present. Finally, the ispace 5 phased lunar resource exploration approach will be presented as an efficient and practical strategy to find, map and eventually extract the mineral resources and volatiles.
