    Abstract
Human Resources are one of the essential components of cyberdefence in space programs. It is now proven by human and social sciences (anthropology in particular) that the era of Digital saw an emerging new branch of the Mankind : The Digital Natives Ones. Even so we’ve been usually working with this population in information system security and for continuity plans in case of major crisis. We musn’t forget that this new generation will order, in the futur, cybersecurity and cyberdefense fields in the supply chains of space programs. But, biological, social and mental life of these very connected beings has changed. Even the labor ecosystem is deeply modified and thus, ergonomic, food, social and thus, psychological and neuropsychological practices. The issue is how can we ask to these new and young professionals to protect the vital space projects mainly if this new criteria are not taken into account to protect them from the side-effects of computerization? Digital era asks us about the future but close managerial strategies we have to imagine, because it is one of our main duty: things should well occur in confined environments and into the human-machine interaction. The intelligent management of human risks in Cyber-Space confinment could be one of the most robust shields for space programs cyberdefense and against non-conventional threats.
