    Abstract
    As a representative of the high-tech industry, the ability of space industry is an important manifestation of a country's overall technological level. With the rapid development of the aerospace industry in the world, the organization and management of large aerospace engineering, the broad application of space technology and products have related with all aspects of national development. The development of aerospace industry is not only a representation of the science and technology level of a country, but also a key factor of the country’s participation in global competition, having a decisive influence on the overall competitiveness of the country.
    The first part of this paper will introduce the theory of national competition, combined with the actual situation of China, and propose the basic elements of national competition ability. The second part will discuss the development status of Chinese aerospace industry, and analyzes international competitiveness of the China aerospace industry. The third part will analyze impact of china aerospace industry development on enhancing the Chinese national competition ability , from four aspects, such as the capability of coordination of resources and control the process, the capacity of introduction of absorption and radiation driven, the participation in global economic activity and domestic economic activity, the promotion of economic development and social development .The last part will put forward suggestions on the future development of China aerospace industry, from the perspective of enhancing national competitiveness.
