- Abstract
In order to satisfy orbit injection requirement of a solid rocket-powered launch vehicle, a design concept for powered-flight trajectory and an energy management method are proposed, considering different energy states with multiple terminal constraints. In this paper, an attitude-maneuver-based energy management technology is developed by establishing particular flight program in the yaw channel of the rocket's 4th stage, followed by Newton method to solve the trajectory parameters in terms of multiple terminal constraints. Numerical simulations demonstrate the effectiveness and practical potentials of the proposed methods.
