- Abstract
The nations are racing in space Industry and leaders of are working very hard ensure the capabilities and the power of their countries. The development of Space industry has very important element to countries to show their capabilities, power and strength in the globe. To operate in a space industry law and regulation are necessary to have an effective space operations in the country. This provides vision and goals about the roles and responsibilities and draw the capacity lines of every operator or companies to avoid unhealthy competitions within the industries. The UAE Space Agency has developed the national strategy and Federal Space Law to define the producers, the standards and legal requirements. The Uniqueness of UAE Federal Law it is a comprehensive that covers many activities such as space mining , commercial activities , human space exploration , human space flights , space tourism , etc. The law and the policy will enable the UAE to attract the FDI from funds and privates companies in the space explorations investments. As this will provide the foreign investors the security and reliability on their investment and capitals through the regulatory system and standards. As this launch of the policy and law is very recent therefore the awareness of the importance of the national policy and Federal Law is highly effective. The awareness will educate the existing operators the roles and responsibilities reading their activities in the space industry. Also it will enable the operators to maintain the obligations of International Treaties and convention of Space industry. Moreover, the formulation of the Federal Law will attract the investors locally and internally which will help to accelerate the space industry and in the economy eventually. The Awareness activities of Space National Policy and Space Federal Law will be presented in this paper.
