    Abstract
Since 2013, the Secure World Foundation (SWF) has partnered with the Maui Economic Development Board (MEDB) to hold an invite-only event at the annual Advanced Maui Optical and Space Surveillance Technologies (AMOS) Conference called the AMOS Dialogues. The Dialogues are an informal, multistakeholder discussion aimed at enhancing space situational awareness (SSA) data sharing and cooperation that will in turn improve the safety, sustainability, and security of space activities.

This paper summarizes the discussions and findings from the last eight years of the AMOS Dialogues. It shows that while the conversation on SSA sharing has moved dramatically in some aspects, such as the greater inclusion of private sector actors and capabilities, there are other aspects, such as international data sharing and standards, that still represent significant challenges. The paper recommends specific focus areas for SSA data sharing and cooperation discussions going forward as well as ways to make it a more inclusive discussion among all stakeholders and space actors that will benefit conjunction assessment, collision avoidance, and space traffic management (STM) in the future.
