Abstract

2020 has marked adoption of several Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) documents for 2021-2025 period, emphasizing commitments to jointly develop space sphere. Declared goal is to raise competitiveness of remote sensing services, provision of geoinformational goods and services. Estimated economic effect of given legal impetus for development of space sector is \$500m in 10 years. Presented study aims to reveal how legal instruments are used to enhance state cooperation in specific sphere and pool various economic resources of partner states for pushing economic growth. \par
\indent In order to clarify significance of newly introduced regulatory framework existing regulation of space goods and services provision within EEU is analyzed (establishments of legal entities, licensing space activities, provision of national regime, tariff preferences, financial services delivery, procedure of state procurement). The paper also offers examination of export and import benefits in trade with specific countries under EEU-third countries free trade agreements. Besides this, the work demonstrates correlation of EEU regime for trade in space goods and services with World Trade Organization obligations of EEU member-states.\par
\indent Conclusions on future perspectives of trade growth in space goods and services are provided on the basis of the research.
