- Abstract
Following a cycle of conferences held by CNES within the scope of the COMET (https://www.comet-cnes.fr/cyb) and many projects achieved in recent years on critical space systems, this paper proposes to compare and mix the visions of both operational and cybersecurity teams on threats, vulnerabilities and cybersecurity applied to space operations and the implication when designing systems abiding to "defense in depth" and "security by design" concepts. The paper will be illustrated with real use cases.
