    Abstract

In order to build unified China Earth Observation Satellites Data System (CEOSDS), the data receiving and processing resources of China Remote Sensing Satellite Ground Station (RSGS) and China Centre for Resource Satellite Data & Application ?CRESDA? will be integrated into CEOSDS at the turning point of the plan to construct the Application Systems of the disaster and environment predicting and monitoring satellites. The goal of CEOSDS is to build a unified ground receiving network that the region of all country will be recovered and a multipurpose data processing system to produce the standard image products of earth observation satellites including raw data for deferent kinds of users. The uniform receiving and recording technology for multi-satellites and multi-sensors is described and the common processing methods on the distribution computers for data of visible and inferred multi-spectral, HyperSpectral Imager and Synthetic Antenna Radar (SAR) are also described in this thesis. Creating the protracted and steadily business applications system and synthetically using remote sensing data at high level are the concentrated benefit of the satellites. The technology of the public massage service platform is introduced in this paper. Upon the public massage service platform between all business users and CEOSDS the data and services from different system are shared conveniently to maximum the satellites applications benefit.
