    Abstract

The mixure of BTTN?butanetrioltrinitrate?and NG?nitroglycerine?is a kind of good plasticizer in the solide rocket propellant, is an important component in NEPE (high energy polyether propellant plasticized by nitrate ester) propellant. The production of nitrate ester is dangerous so the key problem of propellant production process development is the production process. That has been reported, acid, alkali, water and impurities of Fe, Ni, Pt can make the nitrate ester decomposition by the function of catalysis, even lead explosion. So the quantitative study of impurities on mixed nitrate ester and binder stability property is necessary. Current research on this area has less reported. This study use mixed nitrate ester and high energetic binder include 70The results indicate, Fe3+?Cl- and NO3- ion are all influence the stability of nitrate ester, the stability are decreased by the increase of the impurity ion concentration. The most influence ion is NO3- and then Fe2(SO4)3?FeCl3?Fe(NO3)3?BaCl2 decreased by turn on the high energetic binder containing 70
