    Abstract
DECLIC (Dispositif pour l' Etude de la Croissance et des LIquides Critiques) is a project dedicated to the scientific study of transparent materials and fluids structure formation in microgravity environment.
The research program is divided into two main parts:
    - Study of fluids near the critical point at near-ambient temperature and up to 450°C,
Study of transparent alloys ,succinonitile base, submitted to various thermal gradient and growth velocity, during the directional solidification.
The flight instrument is integrated in an EXPRESS rack inside the US-Lab of the International Space Station (ISS).
The Telescience concept is to remotely operate the on-board instrument from the ground, using the standard communication links that have been developed between NASA, ESA and the different european USOCs.
