    Abstract
The synthesis control strategy problem for damping vibration concerning center of weights of a satellite with a gravity-gradient stabilization is investigated.

It is supposed, that the part of state vector component is measured only at presence random, variable in time, errors of measurements and errors of control realization. Various versions of a structure of measurements and influence on process of damping by errors value are investigated.

Two versions of criterion of an optimality are considered: a power consumption at use of a jet engine of stabilization and propellant consumption at use of a liquid jet engine of stabilization.

For the solution of a problem new method, developed by authors, of synthesis optimal control strategy for quasi linear stochastic systems with incomplete information about the state, based on a method of functions of Ljapunov-Lagrange [2], is used.

Offered outcomes are new and may be used at designing of control systems nano satellites and pico satellites for which the problem of control under the inexact information is actual. The solution of these problems important in connection with formation educational and an exploration program of development by forces of post-graduate students and students of space universities of Russia of pico satellites of 2-nd generation in cooperation with foreign technical universities and also with the enterprises of the Russian space agency [1].
