    Abstract
    The phenomenon of a refraction of light in atmosphere of the Earth is known for a long time, this factor is is full enough investigated for realization of ground astro-navigational measurements. In an proposed solar space power system offers to use the upper atmosphere of the Earth as the huge, natural concentrator of a sunlight. It allows to considerably decrease weight of all system .
    Solar space power system \"Solar Key\" include orbital constellation of reflecting and re-reflecting satellites. Satellites are located in the zone of space in which the sunlight concentrates. This area is located along the axis(axes) passing from center of the Sun through center of the Earth. According to preliminary computation, this area lie in the range from 550000 to 1200000 km. This area is characterized by presence of the increased concentration of a sunlight due to refraction of light by transparent atmospheric layer of the Earth. Re-reflecting satellites are located above polar areas of the Earth. Energy receiving devices are located on a surface of the Earth . 
    Weight reduction of a satellites in comparison with previously offered projects of space power system in some thousand times. Total weight of space vehicles of an orbital constellation, in case same power production equal with previous versions, is reduced in some hundreds times. The capability of creation space power system high-power on a modern level of development of space-rocket engineering is provided.
