    Abstract
    On the Possibility of Removing Dangerous Technogenic
    Wastes outside the Earth's Biosphere

    A promising new mission for space rocketry is removal of most dangerous technogenic wastes outside the Earth's biosphere. The paper proposes the options of cardinal ways of saving the Earth from dangerous technogenic wastes for ever:
    –	removal of wastes outside the Solar System;
    –	elimination (complete destruction) of wastes by their delivery to the Sun;burial of wastes on the asteroids which orbits never pass near the Earth.
    The practice developed during the centuries of creating on the Earth the dust-heaps, burials or wastes burning, because of global scale of modern production, may lead to irreversible conse-quences or even to an ecological catastrophe.
    A potential feasibility of removing dangerous wastes outside the Earth's biosphere with the help of space rocket systems is shown by the example of theoretical studies of the options of remov-ing high-active and "long-living" radioactive wastes of nuclear industry.
    The progress achieved in the recent years in the countries of advanced nuclear industry in the field of processing low-active and medium-active parts of radioactive wastes may mitigate acuteness of the problem to some extent. However, according to the experts' opinion, this minimizes the volume of non-isolated wastes, but does not solves the problem as a whole.
    No matter how the used nuclear fuel may be processed, all the same, there are remaining (in small amount) extremely highly radioactive substances. Just this, comparatively small amount of substances extremely harmful for the Earth's biosphere is proposed to be removed from out planet for ever.
    The paper presents the options of technical configuration of the space rocket systems to re-move the technogenic dangerous wastes from the Earth. The analysis is given of the today's state of solving the problem of creating a rocket module capable of preserving the integrity of a capsule with wastes in any emergency situation from the launch vehicle lift-off till the moment of accom-plishment of wastes removal task. A flight experiment is proposed that can confirm integrity of the capsule with wastes in the conditions that simulate the most dangerous emergency situation, including module atmospheric re-entry at hypersonic velocity and subsequent collision with the ground.
    The variants of cooperation are proposed for building the space rocket systems for wastes removal based on existing rockets of France, USA, Russia, and Ukraine. Creation of such systems will save the Earth for ever from the danger of accumulation of extremely harmful wastes. The growth of nuclear energy-generating industry will be ensured meeting the requirement of environ-mental safety standards. Besides, considerable contribution to the growth of commercial effective-ness of the space rocket industry and nuclear wastes processing industry will
