- Abstract
1, A background and the purpose (1) Positioning of this research Even if the act is impossible for human beings, the instinct which is going to ask for an answer eternally will always exist. Development of the research for realizing it in the future as world's first research which everyone has not started in this research aiming at construction of the "space urban disaster prevention system" on condition of space urban formation, Doing important fundamental research for entrusting this research to the researcher after the next generation, this research measured from the present and has regarded it as the starting point of long research over several 100 years from several ten years. (2) Reduction theory to the earth and mankind If the place which will carry out urban development if urbanization advances and habitation space becomes narrow by rapid increase of world population is lost, measuring urbanization of the bad desert area of conditions also puts into a view. Since this is a problem of the earth, Solution as urban planning can be performed these plans are the general matter of common sense at the time of the worst. However, only in this theory, man's instinct cannot be explained and permanent development and maintenance of human beings could not be aimed at. If it considers from the terms and conditions of the earth as future composition in order for human beings to prosper everlastingly, you should predict construction of the urban formation in space. For the purpose achievement, research stance is not put on the space urban itself, Although space urban formation is a principle, if human beings' insurance is considered in the first place, it is necessary to give priority to research of making a "space urban disaster prevention system." In short, it is duty to achieve the reduction to the earth with human beings as a mission of a researcher. 2, The definition of a space urban disaster prevention system (Theory) All the accident prevention systems based on the time and space chain theory in the space on condition of habitation of mankind are said. In short, the object, range, and correspondence point out all the disaster done to disaster generating in space urban space, and the disaster caused by man in a phenomenon, and the theory which catches this etc. systematically and makes accident prevention possible immediately is said. 3, Methodology When you consider construction of a space urban disaster prevention system, although space urban formation serves as a precondition first, it is necessary to consider a stage later on in the formation process of a space urban. When you consider construction So, by this research, it is one-step space urban formation process (henceforth an one-step space urban),Two-step space urban formation process (henceforth a two-step space urban), three-step space urban formation process (henceforth a three-step space urban), four-step space urban formation process (henceforth a four-step space urban),And the policy objective which human beings are holding now was assumed to be five-step space urban formation process (henceforth a five-step space urban), and it decided to divide into five steps and to consider. First, the age was specified when urban formation process predicted attainment time using the space urban growth function of numerical analysis respectively about five steps. Next, the attainment time of cities, such as this, was calculated by numerical analysis .Consequently, from now on, it measured and six years, 33 years, 93 years, 252 years, and 758 years were presumed, respectively. It was considered as the underlying data (cause) moreover tied to the construction of a "space city disaster prevention system" which is the purpose of this research. 5, A conclusion and a subject 5-1 Conclusion (1) At the time of the research standard which must be considered from now on, when the policy objective which human beings are holding now was set up with a "five-step space urban ", and the research put into the view needed to be challenged to 55,000 urban scales 173 years after measuring from the present in general, the conclusion was obtained. (2) Since it is very long research of a span when the reason for a setup at the time of a research standard is considered from the global image of this research, For leaving this to the researcher after the next generation, I thought that fundamental research of this level was required. (3) Making the standard of the accident prevention measure in space urban space became possible by having set up the time of a research standard. 5-2 Subject Since it has evolved about the numerical-analysis method every day, the new analysis technique is introduced in the research presentation in Fukuoka. 6, A future view Although the author did the construction and the necessity for "space urban disaster prevention is planning" as a researcher of a world's first space urban disaster prevention system, this is a permanent theme as long as human beings exist, I want to advise this research to the researcher in the world. Therefore, I want to advise this research positively to many researchers in the world.
