- Abstract
The International Space Development Authority Corporation, (ISDAC), is proposed for United Nations enabling resolution by General Assembly vote. All nations are scheduled to participate unless they opt out. ISDAC has not yet selected its principal project and the space elevator may be right for it, as well as right for itself. The financial burden could be financed by long term bonds and the fiscal and monetary systems of the Authority’s space bank. The many novel legal issues could be addressed by the Authority legislature and its court system. Authority headquarters may be located in the structure as well.
