    Abstract
    The report develops the results submitted at the congress in Fukuoka about mathematical modeling of interpersonal conflict in the team of spacecraft. The parameters referring to personal traits are singled out from this model, namely, individual temperament and his reserve. The cosmonaut personality is considered as a system, uniting basic peculiarities of a person with complexes evolution of personal traits, which serve as grounds for analysis of adaptive processes transformation, about possible directions of behavior in conflict situations and as a result of it about ways of influencing on their passing. The testing results were used with the help of FFM model that allows describing basic traits of a personality with the help of five factors: \#1 - extraversion: sociability, contacting, domination; \# 2 - social conformity: delicacy, cordiality, kindness; \# 3 – tenderness: orderliness, far sight; \# 4 stability: self-control, far sight, even temper; \#5 - openness: originality, perspicacity, inventiveness. The interactions in the team, attitude toward conflicts situation rise depend upon domination of a definite factor. The first one named among basic parameters determines the coefficient of reserve in mathematical model, the rest are included into the parameter of mobility of nerve processes. These parameters were not analyzed in the initial model. That is why the aim of the report is to determine the deviations influence of presented above parameters on the degree of conflict tension among cosmonauts. The initial data for ways determination in conflict management are experimentally obtained deviations of factors from their average meanings for different temperament types and age groups of cosmonaut contenders. These deviations allow finding numerical meanings of changes in conflict tension among cosmonauts. The experiments were led with age group from 19 to 54 years old including all 4 types of temperament. For example, the obtained data of deviations (in fractions with respect to average meaning) for melancholics depending on their age are presented in the following table:
    for age 19-25 years: factors- N1 -  -0,18, N2 - 0.02, N3 – 0.03, N4 – 0.06, N5 -  0.06;
    for age 26-30 years: factors- N1 -  -0,04, N2 - -0,11, N3 – +0,01, N4 – 0, N5 -  +0,12;
    for age 31-35 years: factors- N1 -  -0,08, N2 - -0,09, N3 – -0,09, N4 – +0,040, N5 -  0.04;
    for age 36-40 years: factors- N1 -  -0,02, N2 - -0,13, N3 – -0,09, N4 – 0.06, N5 -  +0,17;
    for age 41-45 years: factors- N1 -  -0,27, N2 - 0.04, N3 – 0.04, N4 – 0.07, N5 -  0.09;
    for age 46-54 years: factors- N1 -  -0,22, N2 - 0.13, N3 – 0.22, N4 – -0.13, N5 -  -0.02;

    Similar data were received for other types of temperament too. Entering these deviations into mathematical model for definite cosmonauts it’s possible to determine the change in conflict tension.
