    Abstract
    A software-based algorithm for demodulating BPSK telemetry signal is described in this article and its feasibility is simulated. This algorithm uses the Hilbert Transform to calculate the instant phase, instant frequency and instant amplitude of signal, which are the basic parameters for signal analysis and signal recognition. The noise robustness is also analyzed in this paper. It can be applied for demodulating the PSK, FSK signal, which make it a versatile algorithm. It can be implemented on ground test equipments or on board of a spacecraft.
