    Abstract
    The performance of the satellite IP networks can be improved drastically if multiple satellite constellations are used in the architecture. In this paper, it is studied the length and visibility model of the link. The single layer and multi-layer mathematic model of the Space Information Network is built. On the basis of the mathematic model, it is proposed a new multilayered routing algorithm which are controlled optimized.The results of analysis and simulation show that it has faster computing rate and reduces the communication overhead. It effectively improves the routing performance of the Space Information Network.
