    Abstract
Introduction. Functional reaction of neurohumoral regulation investigated in experiments on the space station Mir and ISS showed a big role of regulatory system activity in homeostasis of the essential system in a human organism. This means, that medical control must include both the traditional medicine and methods to control regulatory systems, because the overstrain of regulatory systems and depletion of functional reserve are the main risk factors of morbidity. Methods. It is a three steps control of astronaut’s functional state: 1) Operative control; 2) Periodical control; 3) Profound control. The system Sonocard was developed for operative control of functional state, and should be installed on the board of the ISS in nearest 2 years. This is a compact device being carried in breast pocket can record accelerations which are induced by heart constrictions and breath. The system Pneumocard, for periodical control, can record five physiological signals (ECG, impedance cardiogram, photopulse, seismocardiogram, pneumotachogram) during a rest and functional tests. Traditional clinical interpretation is expanded with time and frequency series analysis, correlation and synchronization methods for native signals and sets of vary parameters. It is the integrated informational-time series analysis that allows first hidden disturbances in physiological control system of whole organism. The system Reserve is being developed for profound astronauts’ state control. The Reserve will be included in pre- and post flight examination, but later the system will be in the space flight. The Reserve is a multidirectional polygraph that uses cardio-vascular system as universal indicator of adaptation reactions and functional reserves during varies functional tests. Results. These systems, Sonocard, Pneumocard, Reserve, were tested on the health volunteers (n=87) and patients with cardiac infarction and primary hypertension (n=120). The tests approved the high diagnostic level of three steps control of functional reserves. Experimental data showed a necessity to use individual method for evaluation regulatory mechanism for each person, because only individual regulatory type analysis plays the main role in prediction of adaptation reactions. Conclusion. Planning the interplanetary flight it is important to pay attention on the evaluation and prediction functional state problems. According to this problem, the evaluation and prediction system should be the one of the main point in the experiments on the Earth and in the real space flight on the ISS. Full tests of the three steps functional state control system will be in the 500-th days isolation experiment, that will be model of interplanetary flight to the Mars.
