- Abstract
The subject is content with future aviation. It has some significance of theory and practice for surface treatment of oceanic product. The present situation and development of technology electroless Nickel-Phosphorus are reviewed on the base of studying a host of paper and books. The advantage and disadvantage of usually electroless Ni-P plating technologies are analyzed and compared by experiment. It is selected one of them as a basic prescription, then added proper complex agents. The ability of solution can be tested by porosity, depositional rate, surface, adhesive strength, corrosion of nitric acid and sulphric acid. The data-processing is adopted advanced Signal Noise Ratic of G.Toguchi instead of synthesis addition estimation. A lot of datas are dealed with C language by computer. The optimized techniological parameters are determined by the highter data of SN from different solution. The questing for electroless Ni-P technology leads to the preferable prescription. The other steps are proceeded ordinarilly. Using the preferable prescription, We can obtained lower porosity; higher deposition rate. Moreover, the time of corrosion resistance to nitric acid is about 52s, resistance to sulphuric acid is 42min.In sum,the integrate properties meet the requirements of industry application.
