    Abstract
During the flight of space launch vehicle, there are some activation events of HBW(Hot Bridge Wire) initiator such as kick motor ignition, satellite separation, fairing separation and so on. When the HBW initiator is activated, the short current is temporarily generated through the conductive structure path between the HBW initiator and the activation driving system. The temporal magnetic field is also generated by the short current through the conductive structure. The magnetic field is proportional to the peak value and loop area of the short structure current. If the sensitive harness or sub electronic equipment is near by the initiator system, some data loss or fatal error may be happened during activation of HBW initiator. To analyze the phenomenon we have repetitive physical experiments using korean HBW initiator.
In this paper, we will analysis the effect of the temporary magnetic noise by the activation of HBW initiator and show the result of experiment. And we will provide the protection method of the sensitive electronic/electrical systems of KSLV(Korean Satellite Launch Vehicle) against magnetic noise.
