Abstract

Space activity in the era of globalization makes an important factor of international economy.
Space being a rather young sphere of human activity was born like a field of technology. But even at the time of its birth technological and humanitarian aspects of it existed. The works of Tsiolkovskij and Vernadskij prove  this fact.
 Humanitarian aspects of technical achievements in the space field became especially significant today. Space commercialization can be considered in the context of the new economy, international cooperation.
It is obvious that technocratic approach still prevails in the field of space activity and space education.
The modern stage of development of space activity demands interdisciplinary understanding and education.
For more complete understanding of the problems of sustainable development, internationalization, globalization and global influence of space activity and its perspectives technical knowledge should be accomplished with the study of humanitarian aspects of space  - philosophical, political, historical, economical, legal and sociological.  
The educational course on economic aspects of space has numerous dimensions. It is actual both  for technicians and for economists, managers, politologists and for other specialists. 
Especially actual this course is in the view of the decision of cross - cultural problems: professional mutual understanding between technicians and humanitarians.
Space activity can be taught in the context of the following problems:
1.Globalization and the global problems, sustainable development. 
2.Scientific recourses of the world and the high technologies.
3. Modern tendencies of the international economics.
4.World space markets.
5.Space policies and space technologies transfer.
All these problems have international character because they have place in different countries. Particular actuality interdisciplinary space education has in Russia in the period of transformation reforms.
We have introduced an educating program called “Space activity and the Global Society”. This program includes a  special course for students with the same title and other forms of activity such as participation in the different conferences, publications, lectures for different audience. For example, a student’s paper called “Space activity as a global problem” will be presented by the second year student at the student’s conference in The Korolyev Institute of Management, Economics, Sociology this year..The paper on “World space market” was presented this year at the conference in The International School of Business and Management MGUL.
