    Abstract
Space industry, which commenced with a show-off, has converted to the main tool in achieving global summit’s goals in the new millennium. Benefits of space activities are notable in various aspects that for more effectiveness must be popularized in the society through novel plans.
Public acceptance, as a major parameter in progress of space programs, depends on collective perception of society from space technology applications. Consequently, government and space agencies as the leader of space activities have to promote people’s attention to space programs. In this case, there are some differences between developing countries and space fairing countries. In the first ones, people must be more introduced to space technology applications in improving quality of life.
In this research a closed loop system is designed considering all the aspects in the developing countries. First step is gathering information about awareness and excitement of general public of space exploration. To collect the inputs, information can be gathered via various networks such as conducting surveys to the society at large. Surveys would be distributed to the society in concern with divers groups of people including students, teachers, artists, and the other groups which are trained sufficiently. In the next step, collected information would be processed to evaluate public understanding and expectation of space programs.
Making novel plans, in attention to assessments, is done in the next step to promote public interests and attention to space projects. Different age groups can benefit from appropriate plan. Herein, media is a powerful source that plays a major role in attracting and fulfilling people’s attention and expectation. Special educational and cultural events such as holding conferences, seminars and workshops, establishing space museum and theme park, constructing websites, issuing instructive books and literatures, as well as devising related educational package for students, and many so on, would assist to this matter. Kids and teenagers as the future society builders would be paid more attention.
After a specific period, surveys are conducted again - although collecting data can be done continuously. Results from new surveys, as a feedback, will be implemented in new advanced promotional plans into the society.
More over, regarding international features of many space project benefits, regional space agencies (such as APSCO), with implementing regional cooperative mechanisms like mentioned hereof, can contribute to reach to the region’s goals in sustainable development and improve quality of life by promoting population through regional cooperation.
