    Abstract
Property rights in outer space has always had an air of taboo, it has always been around with a sense of danger that leads to apocalyptic visions on the consequences that we could have if we allow private property in outer space. Why? If, it exists already. This paper pretends through practical cases make a clear distinction between the two aspects of private property: "The Real Property" and "The Personal Property". Showing that Personal Property Rights can exits in space law, it self the lack of Real Property Rights, produce a logical legally decompensate, as through history these two aspects had always been together.

I will expose three cases where private property in outer space can be observed. I will analyze these cases from two aspects. One will expose the practical and legal facts that can lead to private property in outer space; the other one will present space legislation in a national or international environment can be affected.

This paper will not claim a Real Property Rights for outer space, on the contrary, it looks for a way to clarify concepts, helping to demystify this issue and compensate the judicial emptiness that this leaves us, in order to strengthen the legal system in vigor on outer space.
