- Abstract
Of all of the many challenges facing the utilization of Space, the need for enabling legislation may be paramount above all. There will always be technical issues, and people will always need more funding for their projects, but today tangible legal issues, such as export control, private property rights and liability regimes, are impeding the utilization of space. They can be solved. This panel will seek to proactively address these issues. “The more we truly utilize Space the closer to the people it will be.”
