    Abstract
Traditional means to improve resolution ability for a given payload include adoption of lower orbit, observation at perigee of SSO and so on. This paper introduces a new way to reach a higher resolution ability with a given camera for regional observation using special sunsynchronous orbit with critical inclination.

The suggestion is to observe at perigee with this special orbit. The advantage of this suggestion includes long duration in orbit with reasonable propellant consumption and ideal illumination conditon for optical payload. With minor adjustment on orbit, a daily revisit for a given region can be achieved.

The adjustment on integration time for typical optical payload has been analysed for regional observation with ~20 degree latitude range. The mission analysis and design has been carried out for this scenario.
