- Abstract
In the previous works we have shown, that in a spectrum of high-frequency rhythms of a minute range of young healthy people the leading rhythm is the "three-minute" (the period of fluctuations of 2 - 3,5 minutes). A «seven-minute» rhythm (the period of fluctuations of 6 - 8 minutes) is observed at a intensifying of mechanisms of adaptation. At disorder of mechanisms of adaptation by the leading rhythm becomes a "deco-minute" (the period of fluctuations of 10 - 12 minutes). Similar changes we found during orbital experiment «Tangr» at definition of parameters of skin-galvanic response of the cosmonaut in conditions of prolonged orbital flight. Similar data on other space experiments also are found in the literature. A following step - studying of an opportunity of prevention and correction of development of desynchronizes over parameters of high-frequency rhythms of a minute range. We have investigated group of people during various influences (temperature, hypoxia, at physical loadings). Continuous registration of parameters of skin-galvanic response and skin temperature was carried out simultaneously. As a result of research has been established that alternation of influence by heat and a cold with necessary frequency with simultaneously hypoxia or after moderate physical loadings is the most effective. If changing frequency of alternation of temperature influences probably gradual restoration normal biorhythmology pictures even of the expressed shifts. It is necessary to consider that influence by heat should be rendered during growth of curve amplitude of registered parameters, and influence by a cold - during decrease. Obtained data is possible to apply not only for correction of a functional condition of the healthy people at the strengthened physical and psychological loadings. The given method is possible to apply also for increase of efficiency of treatment of the various diseases, accompanied infringement biorhythmology pictures, and in gerontology.
