    Abstract
    Small bodies of Solar system – asteroids, comets is remained “a building material”, from which 4,5 billion years ago planets and their satellites have been formed. Research of these objects represent special interest as allow to look in early stages of formation of Solar system, to try to reconstruct processes of accretion a protoplanetary cloud that is important for researches of evolution of planets to a modern condition.
    Now the most of space agencies are planned  missions to small bodies of Solar system.
    In Russia mission "Phobos sample return " is planned for research of small bodies. Which primary goal is delivery of substance samples of a Phobos, and also remote researches of Mars.
    In the process of development «Phobos sample return" design solution, which invariant for a number of other planetary missions have been created. 
    In the report design shape spacecraft "Phobos sample return" is considered, the basic characteristics are resulted. Possibility of application of design solutions  for various types of mission is shown.
    For the first time the program of planetary scientific researches of Russia up to 2020 is in detail presented and the concept of its realization on the basis of modules of the unified space spacecraft "Phobos sample return" is shown.
