Abstract

The existing program of space researches of Russia up to 2015 is extensive enough and significant. New program «Basis of a space policy of the Russian Federation up to 2040» is even more extensive, it covers practically all objects of researches of Solar system.
The ambitious program of scientific space researches of Russia demands the special system approach to its realization.
In the report the concept of realization of the scientific space program on the basis of three unified service platforms of a various class with high level of succession of design decisions is proposed.
Also positive experience of existing successful realization of the present concept is analyzed.
