    Abstract
KuaFu Program is presented by the Chinese scientists, which aims to discover the causality between solar atmosphere and environment of near-earth space, and to reveal the coupling mechanism of the energy between Sun and Earth.

The program composes of three satellites: KuaFu-A, KuaFu-B1 and KuaFu-B2. KuaFu-A will be launched into the Halo Orbit around the Sun-Earth libration point-L1, observe the solar extreme ultraviolet and far-ultraviolet radiation, white light corona material ejection, radio beam, magnetic field, high-energy particle, etc. KuaFu-B1 and KuaFu-B2 will be launched into the elliptic polar orbit around Earth with a one-half period phase difference. They will continuously observe the aurora borealis and Earth’s inner magnetosphere. All these satellites are scheduled to be launched around 2012, to observe cooperatively the space weather incidents in the next peak of solar activities.

This paper emphasizes on orbit design of KuaFu-A Explorer. Firstly, a Halo orbit is presented by thorough analyses of the orbit dynamic model. It is the base for choosing the orbit parameters and strategy of orbit maintenance Finally, an example is applied to testify the modification method of launch error and strategy of orbit maintenance.
