    Abstract
Imagination is soul of any discover it is 1st step towards reality. it was dream of man to conquire the whole land and he did so but his thrust not ended it lead to colonization of the space the huge problem in this area is tha energy and extrem condition of the space to overcom this we require fully autonomus lunar rover vehicle.
The formation of LRV is very simple concept with extraordinary design of rover on surface of moon with use of extraefficient material Carbon NanoTube(CNT). to overcome all extreme condition of lunar habtit.
As CNT-FE silicon steel have higher electrical conductivity toughness good hardness it can work in dynamic condition effectively.
Basic structure for the lrv can be constructed by using CNT. the drives transmission system for mechanical power can be constructed by using these msterial.
The outer basic structure which will cover all LRV mechanism will be of egloo shape with outer structure of photovoltaic array which will genrate energy for self back up or work as supllimentry energy source to fuel cell.
He3 is available in abandon quantity on the surface of the moon which can be used as the nuclear reactor so that it can ample source of energy.
This LRV will be self supportive in lunar exploration with the extra advantage in future space exploration this will lead to the way for tha search in new teristorial life space elivator space tourism avibility of silicon in profuse quantity on the surface of the moon help to implement solar satellite power technology.
