    Abstract
The International Scientific Optical Network (ISON) collaborates with 25 telescope teams of 18 observatories in 9 countries. Telescopes involved into the network have various aperture size, field of view, sensitivity, focal length, level of automation and participating teams have different experience in observation of objects on geocentric orbits. However the Center on collection, processing and analysis of information on space debris (CCPAISD) of the Keldysh Institute of Applied Mathematics (KIAM) needs the results obtained in different observatories should be comparable in some sense, i.e. one have to be sure that CCD frames are obtained and processed using the same (standard) technique including timing, internal accuracy estimation, magnitude calibration etc. Also, due to a large number of different observation techniques used in the researches (surveys, search scans, ephemeris tracking etc.) it is required that each facility would be equipped with appropriate standard software and hardware in order to provide unitized set of tools for the work. Therefore the ISON needs that standard approaches would be used in all sides of the ISON activities. The technical and programming support group elaborates and implements the standard technical solutions for the control of the CCD cameras and CCD images processing, the precise time keeping, mount control etc. The optical engineers group produces the standard ISON telescopes and mounts. The group for observation planning develops the standard strategy for the instruments pointing and the fields imaging for different modes of observation. The CCPAISD develops standard formats for the data (ephemeris, orbital, measurements) exchange within the network and for the outer customers. The mentioned approaches will be discussed in the paper.
