    Abstract
At present time global navigation satellite systems demonstrate dynamic progress and they have found application in many areas of human life activity. European GNSS Galileo is being developed in addition to the existing GNSS Glonass and GPS. Ukraine intends to take part in the development and operation of this GNSS and this intention is confirmed in The Third Ukrainian National Space Program.
One of the most interesting directions of GNSS development is study of radiophysical effects caused by GNSS electromagnetic signals distribution. Taking into consideration of these factors during the measurements will make possible not only to improve position measurements accuracy but also to obtain additional geophysical information.
Ionospheric, tropospheric impacts as well as Doppler frequency shift are studied well enough and they are being taken into consideration at present time during GNSS operation, but gravitational frequency shift average offset by input of systematic shift in fundamental frequency of satellite clock, particularly, instead of frequency value of 10.23 MHz the frequency value of 10,22999999545 is being used that allows to receive at Earth a signal with nominal frequency.
If we determine coordinates and frequency shift in point of measurements and we know GNSS SC parameters of orbit and velocity we could determine acceleration of gravity value in any point of measurements. Such approach of acceleration of gravity value determination will be implemented under STCU Project #3856.
Practical application of gravitational frequency shift for monitoring of Earth’s gravitational field is very diversified since it allows to provide seismic activity forecast, geological surveying, variation of epidemiological situation, etc.
