The award winning design of the saucer-shaped “Buzz Aldrin Mars Cycler Orbiter” may revolutionize space travel. The perimeter is filled with water, the water hosts green algae, the diet on board is rich in protein, the people manage space development, they represent humanity and space governance, the projects are basic and civilian, the authority features the space bank, that controls monetary and fiscal policy off-Earth, and the orbiter never lands anywhere. It is services by space yachts and tender vessels. All nations rent or own quarters on board, and development companies are invited.
