    Abstract
The article is devoted to consideration of creation and operation features of space complexes on the basis of the electro jet propulsion system (EJPS) and the solar battery (SB), providing safe and economic payloads interplanetary transportation. On the basis of the analysis of space complex basic features and modeling of the complex operation on its overflies segments between low near-earth and near-marsian reference orbits the estimations are presented on of the transport space complex carrying capacity and requirements to its elements characteristics. The nodal technical questions are considered of construction and technology of the transport space platform deployment in a reference orbit including that on the basis of the advanced technologies of service and assembly of space complexes in obit.
