- Abstract
Highly skilled specialists require to develop such complicated engineering as space rocketry. Development of Ukraine space rocket industry is impossible without necessary staff support, which directly depends on efficiency of engineering education system. In recent conditions of economic and social development of Ukraine, as an independent state, the necessity arose to generate a new concept of supporting the space rocket industry with highly skilled engineers and scientists. General strategy of problem solving is in combining efforts of secondary school, highly educational (HEI), research institutes and industrial enterprises to early reveal the most talented pupils and involve them into specialist training system for the space rocket industry according to the following scheme of continuous education: school - HEI - enterprise. In the connection the long-standing experience in cooperation between Yuzhnoye SDO, Production Association Yuzhny Machine-Building Plant, Dnipropetrovs’k National University and National aerospace educational center of Ukrainian youth is of interest, as a good example of practical realization of the idea of science, industry and education integration. Scientists and space rocket specialists take an active part in training process, and teachers, students and schoolchildren participate in solving the urgent scientific and technical problems. The paper analyses and generalizes the experience in cooperation between industrial organizations and educational institutions in order to improve quality of specialists training, and involve students and teachers and professors to research, and create advanced scientific and methodical support for the space rocket industry.
